Meet Shelby Rattray, Mayoral Candidate for Promote Valley Center.  She is raising funds by producing a calendar of the Valley Center Fire Fighters.  She's a former Pageant Princess, with the Valley Center Pageant Association, a senior in high school, and her goal is to study emergency medicine in college.  Shelby loves animals, Elvis, serving her community and anything that sparkles.
